MONOLAB

Monolab s.n.c was born in 1982 from the idea of the founding partners to want to enter the world of entrepreneurship .

Initially they responded to market needs that were constantly growing and developing in the processing of PLASTIC materials.

The evolution in the technical and design experimentation of plastic materials in different applications led us with great enthusiasm to venture into the medical - labware sector intended for the production, distribution and direct sale of some laboratory disposable items.

MATERIALS

We use raw materials such as : PP, PS, PMMA, PC, HIPS.

We propose plastic as a viable alternative to glass for its strength , lightness and safety keeping in mind in the production process the characteristics peculiar to these materials: concentration of contact times, aging, technical stress, expansion and exposure to U.V. light . , irradiation and other environmental factors.

The efficiency of our entire production and the secret of close cooperation of the entire staff allows us to produce on a continuous cycle.

QUALITY

Regarding quality, checks are carried out both automatically by the presses and by properly trained staff using precision instruments and equipment following specific internal procedures.

Quality levels have as reference the international standards of UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021 for Medical Devices, Quality Management Systems and UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and last but not least the Certification of Origin and Quality 100% Made in Italy .

MISSION

We are also waiting for other international certifications to confirm our constant commitment to offer products of the highest level .

So innovation and design, maximum attention to production and quality allow us an open relationship with our customers that have led to long collaborations nationwide and made us competitive in the international market giving us satisfaction.

Mission: we are continuously researching to improve and safeguard the environment and therefore research and test new environmentally friendly and recyclable raw materials.
